I was sent this cleansing face oil and overnight face oil for review. I used it for a month and think its time to tell you what I think about these products. I like trying new products because if at some point I don’t like it or don’t see any difference, I can toss it easily. Lipidol is from the makers of bio oil, an oil based product designed for daily skin care . First time trying an oil based product, I’m usually oily around the T zone on my face so didn’t know if this product will make it worst. I also did some research before using it and found out that it is great for my skin especially during winter as it locks in moisture and soothes dry skin. So does it do what it is supposed to do? Well read on.


Cleansing Face Oil (Blue)





 Pros 

  • Removes dirt and makeup without stripping the skin’s natural oils.
  • Fragranced with Rosemary and Niaouli essential oils.
  • Doesn’t leave oily residue, when in contact with water it emulsifies in to a watery cream
  • Travel friendly
  • Affordable price 
  • The cleansing oil has a mixture of some very potent skincare ingredients- argan oil, tea Tree oil, Vit E, neem oil and turmeric extract
  • Doesn’t clog pores or cause break out thanks to salicylic acid.



Cons

  • Do not let it get in to your eyes..lol stings when it gets in the eyes

Overall I love this product and would definately buy it again.This is a great  everyday cleanser that does what it is supposed to do without drying out the skin.





Overnight Face Oil (Yellow)





 Pros 

  • It has helped increase moisture on my face leaving it rejuvenated and soft. My oily T zone area didn’t get worse.
  •  A little goes a long way, doesn’t feel sticky or greasy.
  • Smells amazing thanks to the Ylang-Ylang and Black Pepper essential oils 
  • Travel friendly
  • Affordable price
After applying it on my face



Cons

  • The main ingredients are mineral oils and derivatives of mineral oil. 
  •  It takes a long time for the oil to soak in to the skin.

 Overall I thought this is a decent product for an affordable price that I will continue to use up. Works great for dry patchy face. If you need your oil to do a lot more then go for a different brand.
