I was excited when contacted by eShakti to review one of their dresses. eShakti
is an online women’s clothing retailer that sells dresses vintage and modern,
skirts and blouses in sizes 0-36 and allows you to customize certain
aspects like necklines, dress length and sleeve to fit your body
shape at affordable prices. I immediately felt in love with this dress, love
the pink at the hemline, the belt and it has somewhat of a vintage feel. I selected the
size which was closest to my size and there was an option to select my height for the length of the dress. How cool!

-It took three weeks for the parcel to get here and they were kind enough to
send me a tracking number. Parcel arrived through DHL and for some reason the
mail man had attempted to deliver the parcel three times and didn’t care to
leave a notice!!! I only realised this when I used the tracking number. So it took longer than three weeks for me to get my parcel.
Despite
ordering what I believed was my size based on sizing chart they provided, it
was too big at the bust area. Double check my measurements with a measuring
tape and measurements were the same. Where did I go wrong? In these photos, it looks
like it fits, but it truly doesn’t!! Apart from this issue, I love this dress;
it’s feminine and beautiful made, the fabric quality is amazing. I would have
to adjust bust area to fit well if I want to wear it again.
